Verification and timing
We compare the request with information already associated with the account and may contact the account email for confirmation. Requests involving a child require verification that the requester is the parent, legal guardian, or another person with lawful authority. An authorized agent may need to provide written permission.
We respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days after a verifiable request is received. We will explain any lawful extension, denial, or limitation and how to appeal. RubyNav Inc. does not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
