Submit the request
Use the form below with the email associated with the Zahara account. A verified parent may request deletion of a child profile.
Verify authority
RubyNav Inc. will verify the account holder and, for child data, parental or legal authority before acting.
Deletion is completed
We delete eligible account and associated personal data and provide confirmation when the request is complete.
What deletion includes
- adult account profile and family membership;
- selected child profile and associated family-safety records;
- device enrollment, policy, schedule, screen-time, and Safe Web records associated with the deleted profile;
- eligible messages, permission requests, location, wellbeing, and safety data; and
- other personal data linked to the account that is not exempt.
Deleting the adult organizer may require deleting the entire family account or transferring organizer status to another verified adult. RubyNav Inc. will explain the available path during verification.
Information that may remain temporarily
RubyNav Inc. may retain a narrowly limited record when required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or proof that a privacy request was completed. Residual encrypted backups are not returned to active use and expire through normal backup rotation. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to a person may be retained.
If Apple, Google, or another provider manages your subscription, cancel it in that provider's subscription settings to stop renewal. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription, and canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your Zahara data.
